  • The shear amount of shows almost qualifies as a festival! We're saving up our energy for Scotland and then S. Carey, John Heart Jackie, Jenny and Johnny, and Okkervil River once we're home. Gonna be a nice spring!!

  • Hah! Haven’t heard any Mascis massacres on the radio, but maybe I’m glad that I won’t be present for some equally painfully crowd interaction.

…and if by “have fun on May 6th” you’re referring to the crazy number of concerts in San Diego, I’ll instead be roaming the Highlands of Scotland with my girlfriend, conquering distilleries and quoting Groundskeeper Willie! Bring on the bagpipes!!

  • Sean, Are you gonna be in town to catch ay of those shows?———> that would be a chalk full week for us!

FYI: J Mascis is promoting an acoustic album. Also, if he's being featured on your local indie radio station, he's probably going to be the most painful interview you have ever heard (if he's anything like he was on KEXP on 4/29…)

    Have fun on May 6!
